Payment & delivery - Gallery Stacii Samidin

This print is for personal usage only, intended for display in the home or other private spaces. For all other uses, such as display in public spaces or institutions, publishing the image online or in print, or any other form of usage, permission must be granted by Gallery Stacii Samidin.

All prints are signed on the back of the print, and includes each image’s accompanying details. All signatures are authentic and signed by the photographer’s hand. Our frames do, however, hide the signatures.

All prints are also delivered along with a personalized and signed certificate of authenticity. Unfortunately, Gallery Stacii Samidin cannot be held responsible for replacing certificates of authenticity or artwork that have been lost or damaged by a customer.

If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package, please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately. To avoid accidentally damaging your edition, for example if a work is unframed, leave all unpacking and handling of the artwork to a trusted professional framer or art handler.

If you notice damage upon unpacking your edition from us, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the artwork with digital images of the damage. If we find that the edition was damaged in transit we will endeavor to replace the edition. In the event that we are unable to replace the edition we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding certificate of authenticity (when applicable).

All of our orders will be delivered in approximately 5-10 business days provided with a tracking number sent to email. Some orders like fine art prints have a longer lead time. We strongly advise you to select a shipping option with a signature delivery confirmation.
